Alyona Nickelsen It depends on the techniques you will be using. For a traditional colored pencil application, I usually work on Stonehenge paper, as described in my first book, “Colored Pencil Painting Bible”. For my latest techniques using Powder Blender and ACP Textured fixative I prefer Fisher400 sanded paper or UArt 500 sanded paper.
