Amy Pleasant (born 1972) is a Birmingham-based artist known for her figurative, free associative paintings and drawings that explore simple, daily acts in slowly unfolding narratives. Pleasant got an early start as an artist, exhibiting work in a show arranged by Thelma Pritchett when she was five years old.

Pleasant was a 2003 recipient of an Alabama State Council on the Arts fellowship grant, and currently lives and works in Birmingham, Alabama.
