Angelo Pinto (1908 - 1994) Born in Cas'Avellino, Italy, Angelo Pinto, a painter and printmaker, grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from the Pennsylvania Museum School of Industrial Art. He continued his studies at the Barnes Institute, where he was mentored by Dr. Albert C. Barnes, and eventually taught there from the 1934 until 1992.
