About. Anna has been writing her whole life, but has only been writing for money since 2003, which, when you think about it, is quite a long time. Anna studied Electronic Imaging and Media Communications back in the 90s when media degrees meant something. During that time, she wrote two scripts for her finals, and the final year students had to watch the screenings.

Anna Pye Anna was brought up on a farm in south Cambridgeshire and most of her work is inspired by fields and the countryside, birds, patterns in nature and maps; all things she loves. At teacher training college years ago, Anna took art as her main course but she is fairly new to printmaking, an introductory course at The Curwen Print Study Centre in July 2010 got her started and she has never looked back.

I am available to teach either at your venue or my own lovely studio. If you come to my studio you will be part of a small group with plenty of help when needed.
Anna Pye is a fantasy author, living in Yorkshire. She is currently writing a novel called The Turning. It’s about a girl who lives in a world where the seasons are separate places and her fight to reunite them. Anna fell in love with fantasy after she saw A Midsummer Night’s Dream when she was six.
