Jan 19, 2018 · I would say any pen that has a hard tip. The Tombow Fudenosuke Hard Tip is the one I recommend the most. As a beginner, you can easily control a hard tip and those upstrokes are going to be a lot thinner, making your brush calligraphy look oh so lovely.
