Clement John Barnhorn was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1857. Primarily, he is a world renowned sculptor. Barnhorn spent six months in Italy in the winter of 1891-92, and in 1893, he went to study in Paris at the Academie Julian and was taught by William Bouguereau in Paris, France.
