May 15, 2012 · Mike (Mac): we have seen a number of queries and issues about problems with Artist Controls and they can be traced to IP problems, remember the Artist series connect to your computer via Ethernet and so each device needs an unique IP address. I think this is a Network problem rather than a Pro Tools problem.

07-22-2015 07:29 AM. Re: Artist Control connection issues. I have what seems to be the same or a related issue. My MC Control connects fine when plugged directly into the Mac. It does not work when the MC Control is connected via the Ethernet switch. EuControl and the Firmware are latest versions.
