Born in Honolulu, Kazu Fukuda Kauinana received a BFA, 1972, from the University of Hawai‘i and a MFA, 1974, from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has completed sculpture commissions for several O‘ahu schools and Hawai‘i Public Television.
