Hello, I have a problem where certain artists that are on my ipod don't appear in the artist category but when i go to a different category, like, album, the music is there. I don't know everything yet but I have some artist that are not showing up on my ipod but are in my iTunes. I can go to all the songs and they are there but they don't show up under artist.

May 23, 2013 · The songs have artists when you look on iTunes but when they are synced to my iPod some songs show as "unknown artist" "unknown album" when the song is playing and when you look it up under the songs tab on the iPod itself. I have changed the artist on iTunes under the "get info" tab to say the right artist. I'm completely stumped.

Dec 03, 2011 · This works for me. Aside from my music files, my movie files doesn't show up also (I'm not sure with the pics, coz I don't have photos saved on my device).
