Sep 09, 2018 · Most think shore is among one of the best empire toons. Also "my best" and "the best" mods are 2 different things. This is a new event and as many suspect, there is "something coming" in the "near future" that will make things easier, so this event could have been designed for what would be "high end" now and will be an easy walk next time it comes around.

The Artist of War event is fully RNG-dependent, which is why it possible to attain 7* Thrawn with only G8 characters, or even G7 in some extremely rare cases. Through a lot of community testing, 7* Gear 8 characters are the base requirements for enabling “good RNG” for the event.
