The hike from Bagley Lake, going on to the Chain Lakes and Artist Point, is probably the most stunning hike I've ever taken. It is long, though-- we saw people starting at the Chain Lakes, which we probably do next time. The water is this gorgeous, gorgeous, Lake Tahoe blue.5/5(25)

Artist Point is the place we always take visitors from out of town, since we are fortunate to live nearby. The majestic Mount Baker is gorgeous throughout the year, although we typically visit in spring, summer and fall. A beautiful place to hike, walk, or simply have a picnic.5/5(25)
