The hike from Bagley Lake, going on to the Chain Lakes and Artist Point, is probably the most stunning hike I've ever taken. It is long, though-- we saw people starting at the Chain Lakes, which we probably do next time. The water is this gorgeous, gorgeous, Lake Tahoe blue. You go through glacial meadows, rocky, almost desert- like areas, woodsy trails, and amazing views of the mountains.5/5(25)

Baker Ski Area, Artist Point and its trails are a must-do for anyone visiting Whatcom County who wants to marvel in world class views of our resident volcano and its surrounding mountain range.
