Dec 27, 2012 · The only mention of Blocks on the Layout tab are the 4 main ones; "About Me", Search, Pages and Archive. And I don't see anything about New Block anywhere. All I want to do is add a block/widget for a section of icons/buttons to follow on facebook, google+, etc and a block roll or sorts I'm missing something really basic here.
