Apr 18, 2010 · I also found that the Flash Effect that come in v2.4 cause a very slow load time. Adeptris reported that my load time was near 20 seconds with the simple Flash Effect active. Go to the Joomla Extensions Directory and download a module that allows "any code" or one that is made specifically to display flash. Install it. Then assign the module to a position in your template and insert a flash file into it via the module admin.
