For example if you're using the header background image usually it is enough to use "Contain" option for it under Header ribbon > Background Options > Responsive Background > CSS Size. If I remember correctly, if you do so, Artisteer will combine the background image and foreground image into a single header image. Could be something weird going on their as well.

Mar 20, 2014 · Select Delete Theme to remove the theme from the Artisteer custom gallery. Artisteer may help you define and apply the color theme for your website.
