Aug 22, 2011 · Nevermind - I found the issue that was occurring on the one Joomla site, for those interested. I had installed a template to a site that already had some configuration done to the menu. To get the top menu to stay highlighted I had to resetup the menu items - that rewrote the code and it worked fine. FYI.
