Feb 18, 2011 · Hi, I have been testing Joomla 1.6, but I have problems when I get a template made with Artisteer 2.5 or 3.0 is installed without problem, but the template is not complete, is not the columns, but if 1522 is no problem in joomla , could someone help me with this situation, that my templates made with Artisteer 2.5 or 3.0 beta, is not complete?

Feb 03, 2011 · However, it would be very nice if artisteer picked up the conventional joomla css tags from the new 1.6 release as the new core /html files are much cleaner and table-less now and it would make styling other components easier if artisteer were using standard joomla nomenclature on things.

Oct 29, 2010 · Artisteer will support Joomla 1.6 when it is officially released. Pretty poor reply Garry, Artisteer should be providing some kind of beta to users now for 1.6....I for one will not be using Artisteer for that reason.

Jun 09, 2010 · February 10, 2011 As there were no critical issues reported with Joomla 1.6 and Drupal 7 reported to us during the last week, today we have renamed Artisteer 2.6 RC3 to the official Artisteer version 2.6. This concludes our work on Artisteer 2.6 with support for Joomla 1.6 and Drupal 7.

you don't need to change the files manually if you still have Artisteer installed on your pc. Just open the artisteer template with Artisteer and go to Export --> Export options. Go to the Footnote option and deselect 'Include backward links to the CMS and Artisteer'. You'll see that the message won't be visible anymore in your template.
