Go to the Joomla Extensions Directory and download a module that allows "any code" or one that is made specifically to display flash. Install it. Then assign the module to a position in your template and insert a flash file into it via the module admin.

Nov 11, 2014 · i'm with an issue on two of my websites, on both there's a white flash showing up for a split second when my webpage and menus are loaded, mostly with IE9 (maybe the same happens with other versions of ie, but not with Chrome or Firefox). One of the templates was created with artisteer 3.1, and the other is a Pure Joomla! template.
