Artist Ball is an annual event at RISD; a costume dance party! 9 pm to 1 am. Alex and Ani City Center. 2 Kennedy Plaza. Artist Ball ticket sales begin on Tuesday, October 25 on the first floor of Carr House (210 Benefit Street). Tickets are $25, cash or credit/debit card accepted. Only full time RISD students can purchase tickets, and you must bring your RISD ID!

The costumes were as silly, freaky and varied as ever at last Friday’s Artists’ Ball, which drew roughly 1,200 students to the sold-out event held at the still-iceless skating rink at Kennedy Plaza. Called Geodesic Chrome (the design theme this year), the dance party featured four sets of student DJ acts.
