Oct 17, 2016 · Regardless, from what I've been told/read it's the same answer. V1 of the MIX got upgraded encoders and became V2, V2 then became the AVID MIX once Avid purchased Euphonix, Avid changed the color of the plastic on the newer version but there was no component change.
