Apr 20, 2017 · Has the Avid Artist Mix quiet motorfaders? Since a half year I have the Behringer X-Touch Universal. Before the X-Touch I used the VS700-C The motorfaders from the X-Touch are very noisy. They sound like a needle printer. This makes it impossible to listen to the mix. So I often disable the faders which in the long run makes no sense.

Oct 26, 2017 · Now I have 3 Artist Mix and 1 Artist Control & I love it. I chose this setup over the Avid S3, because I wanted that console feel in my studio. I have an Argosy Avid Artist Series desk and I don't regret it at all. I use Ableton, Pro Tools, & Logic and I enjoy it a lot.
