Feb 04, 2012 · Anyway, I'm actually rather surprised that this would be one of Ayn Rand's favorite paintings. I wouldn't expect her to like Dali's sense of life and to be dismissive of his work. I don't get the message of suffering from this image at all, just a mystical dude performing magic tricks.
