Bad Brains were a true revolution. In fact, and this is very difficult for me to say because I despise playing favorites, I think their self-titled debut is the greatest punk album ever released. The Ramones had pop-sensibility, Dead Kennedys had humor, practically everyone had some kind of political position, but nobody could ever eclipse Bad Brains in the amount of energy that they had.
