Dec 20, 2019 · Balgo artists from Warlayirti exhibited at Japingka Gallery in 1999 to celebrate the opening of the new art centre which was recently completed in the community. Dancers, singers, elders and artists attended the event and performed part of the ceremony for the Luurnpa Kingfisher Dreaming story that crosses through the location of the art centre.

Born in 1977 at Balgo, Western Australia (previously Balgo Hills and Balgo Mission). Christine belongs to the Kukatja language group and to the Nakamarra skin Group. Currently she lives with her father and sisters, in a small community at Balgo, Western Australia.
