b. 1957 Printmaker Barbie Kjar completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at the University of Tasmania in 1987 and a Masters degree at RMIT in 2000. She has held solo exhibitions since 1986 in Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. She has been included in group exhibitions at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, Hobart; Korea and France.
