Bertram Priestman was a British painter. Born in Bradford in 1868, Preistman initially studied engineering at the Bradford Technical College before deciding to move to London to attend the Slade School of Art in 1888. Priestman first exhibited with the Royal Academy in 1889 at the age of just 21.
