May 27, 2019 · Beverly S. Rosen, 87, of Providence died Monday, May 27th surrounded by her loving family after a short illness. Beverly was born in Providence, RI to Julius and Sadie Schwartz on January 23, 1932. She called the city home while an educator for over 30 years, mother of two adoring children, beloved grandmother, world traveler, and involved member of the art community.
