The serial number is 136264 making date of manufacture around 1965(check Blessing serial numbers on horn-u-copia.net) The bell is 4.75" with a measured bore size in the medium large range. My research indicates this horn was manufactured by Blessing for Sears and Roebuck in their catalog ordering in the 60's and was a stencil to the infamous Blessing Super Artist trumpet of the day.

Nov 18, 2020 · Blessing Artist Flugelhorn serial number 2616XX dating its manufacture to around 1978. I am not a regular flugel player, and bought this as a ‘doubler’ instrument for the times when the music demanded one. It has filled this role well. It has had a bit of repair – when I received it a couple of the braces were not attached and I had these fixed.
