And haven't fixed that and Now I'm trying to suss out my artists images as background images on my trophy whilst in the zune application. Jan 24, 2012 · Those background images pull information from the artists you have in your collection, unfortunately you cannot change those or delete them. I think the info is got directly from the artist and is nothing Zune can control.

I nonetheless found a way to improve things: - When you open Zune on your PC select "Collection": - Right click on each of the Album of ur Collection and select "Find information on this album" then save the info. Bu anyway, many artists are missing and do not appear (e.g. Sparklehorse)

In order for the artist background picture thing to work, you have to be in a region that has the music marketplace. How it works is Zune adds a bit of metadata to the music file to connect it to the marketplace. Same thing for SmartDJ to work. It can do this to purchased iTunes music too.

Launch and it will list down all the Artist from the songs available on your phone. Next I will suggest you to swipe to settings and choose Image Width and Picture quality which IMO should be High. Once done, move back to Artists List Section and select one which you want to update.

Feb 26, 2012 · Hi all I currently own a Samsung Omnia 7. I also own a Zune HD. I knew from beforehand that the zune player updates metadata information automatically to provide us with those gorgeous background artist displays. The problem? My WP7 doesn't. Atleast till now. I haven't had it for a long time, maybe just a week, and was hoping that sooner or later it will all turn up, but zilch till now!
