Charles Harper was born 1955 into the Frog Clan of the Carrier Nation in Prince George, British Columbia. He started carving in 1974 and apprenticed with the late Lloyd Wadhams and Alfred Seaweed. Early on Charles developed his own technique and unique style. He is widely known for his silver and gold bracelets, pendants, earrings and other jewelry.
