Biography Details. Painter, video, installation, construction, and performance artist, creator of interventions. Obtained a Bachelor Degree at the Puerto Rico School of Visual Arts in 1977. He has taken part in such local and international events as the Prague Biennial in 2005, the International Painting Biennial in Cuenca, Ecuador, in 2004, and the Whitney Biennial in New York in 2002.

Oct 31, 2017 · The Puerto Rican painter and conceptual artist Chemi Rosado-Seijo believes that when driven and executed from within, conceptual art can strengthen a community. For the 2017 Whitney biannual, he instigated a swap between an exhibition space and high school classroom. Students attended class at the museum and their classroom in turn became a gallery.
