After growing up in Massachusetts, Chris studied sculpture and drawing at Colby College in Maine, where he was introduced to metalworking. He completed a Masters of Architecture degree at Syracuse University; his thesis design project synthesized his interests in art and architecture. Chris moved to Seattle in 1994, where he currently resides and works as a sculptor and architect.
