I studied with Alex Weygers in Carmel Valley, CA in 1980. Since then I have worked with several artist blacksmiths and in 1993 co-founded Ironwood Forge with Nikolai Pakhomov in Clinton, MD along with Chris Shay joining our team in 1998. Our focus was high-end architectural metal work and furniture with an emphasis on original design.
