Locally Ripper has had two one-man shows at the Huntington Museum of Art, he participates in area art shows and has done paintings for Spring Valley High School and Vinson High School. He painted a Bobcat for the Ironton campus of Ohio University and he was commissioned to do a painting of a herd of buffalo for Marshall in the 1970s.
