Feb 04, 2010 · If you want another menu position that looks and acts like "user3", you still need to follow the docs on Joomla.org to create the new position. It won't be named "user3" or it will not be different. Name it something unique, add it to the templateDetails.xml, add the proper code to the index.php in a correctly coded div and specify your new menu to that position.

Sep 23, 2015 · Marc, I agree with Per Hertz, and also would like to add that if you need positions 7, 4, 5 and 6,8,3, two-column or three-column Page layout (! not the content layout) should be chosen in Artisteer, You can do this by going to Layout tab -> Columns -> Two columns/Three columns.
