Denise Marika was an artist whose work focuses on the human condition and includes: installation, performance, experimental and documentary video and photography in the field of social practice. As a university professor and Fulbright Specialist, Denise extended her teaching to Nepal and Sri Lanka, where she created and led workshops in the use of video as a tool for social research and advocacy.
