The Artist Residency program is central to Red Bull Arts Detroit. We’re committed to providing artists the space, time, and resources necessary to push their practices forward by offering a two-month residency at our facilities in Detroit.
Indus Detroit is an international artist residency program that invites 4 - 6 artists each year to live and work in the city of Detroit. Preference is given to artists from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds with a specific focus on artists from South Asia and the Middle East. All artists-in-residence are provided travel funding, a monthly stipend and shared live and work space for a 3 month term.
