Don Cardinal was a 1st nation artist residing in Hay River, NWT, Canada. It was white dog team and sled with rider on black. I don't know if Mr. Cardinal is still alive but I understand he became well known as an artist. I also have several framed in glass, moose hair tuftings from the NWT.
