About Donna Loos Donna Loos was born in Wyoming, one of eight children. Loos attended Powell Community College in 1958 and then moved to Billings in 1960 where she continued her education at Montana State Eastern. She began teaching art in Billings in the 1960’s while establishing herself as a prolific artist who enjoyed exhibiting her work.
