With time on his hands and an interest in drawing and painting, Doug joined the Central Minnesota Watercolorists when he moved to St. Cloud in 1991. As of 2018 Doug now resides in Cohasset, MN. Through the St. Cloud group’s workshops and help from its members he managed to pick up the skills he needed to become commercially successful.
