Jul 05, 2012 · Also, you can try a different format for the versions too. I tried 2.3 UTF-16 format for v2 and the album artwork started showing up fine in Windows Explorer and Windows Media Player. For some odd reason, Windows 7 does not like the ID3 v2.4 tags. So check what version you are using and change it to 2.3 and you should be good to go.
