This is a good sized oil painting on canvas by famed Hudson River School artist, Edmund Coates(1816-1871) It is signed and dated in the lower right E.C. Coates, 1853. The dimensions of the painting are 32"x24" and with the frame considerably larger. I am not sure if it is a gilded frame but it is solid, with a light crack in the upper right.Seller Rating: 100.0% positive
