Edward Windsor Kemble (1861-1933) was a self-taught artist whose work reveals a strong sense of humor and an acute observation of character. His outlook was similar to that of A.B. Frost, and like Frost, he illustrated many of the Uncle Remus stories by Joel Chandler Harris.
