eileen doughty Eileen Doughty founded Doughty Designs in 1991 and has been creating commissioned work in the textile medium ever since. She has taught, lectured and published articles on various aspects of art quilts.

She is currently chairperson of the Potomac Fiber Arts Gallery at the Torpedo Factory, and is the website coordinator for Studio Art Quilt Associates.
