Feb 14, 2006 · Elizabeth Warhanik had been actively painting for decades by the time WPW was formed. Originally from Philadelphia, Warhanik attended Wellesley College and studied with Charles Woodbury (1864-1940). She lived in Japan as a missionary for several years before settling in Seattle by 1907.
