Dec 01, 2008 · Euphonix’ Artist Series comprises the MC Mix, an 8-channel system with touch-sensitive faders, rotary encoders and high-contrast OLED displays; and the companion (or stand-alone) MC Control, which offers four faders, dedicated transport controls, 12 programmable buttons and a 6×3.5-inch, touch-sensitive color LCD.

It connects to your computer via ethernet and that makes it super responsive. The construction feels very solid (especially after having two Artist "Controls" that felt cheap and with unusable touch screens). The tiny screen on the Artist Transport is the only major hardware drawback - it's tiny and doesn't really convey much useful information.3.8/5(2)

It features four faders and a touch sensitive OLED screen, and I’ve every reason to suspect it will be a formidable controller. For now though, we’ll look at the eight-fader MC Mix, which is actually the cheaper of the two devices.

Selling my Euphonix Artist Control- This thing has served me well but I'm downsizing my studio and am doing more editing than mixing anyways. It's one of the few controllers that integrates really well with Pro Tools, but it also can be used to control most any other DAW (at the same time if necessary).3.7/5(3)
