Ralph Rugoff has been announced as the curator of the 2019 Venice Biennale. The 58th edition will be held from 11 May to 24 November, 2019. Based in London, Rugoff has been Director of the Hayward Gallery since May 2006, prior to which he was Director of the CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts in San Francisco.
