Elizabeth E. Rankin (b. 1872 Ontario – d. 1960 in Saskatoon) was initially known as a Regina artist but spent most of her career in Saskatoon. Miss Rankin moved to Regina in 1903 from Winnipeg, Manitoba to teach Art and Music at the Regina Normal School.
