Roger Doyle is a member of Aosdána, Ireland’s state-sponsored academy of creative artists, and is Adjunct Professor at Trinity College, Dublin. In August 2019 he was conferred as a ‘Saoi’ (wise one) by the President of Ireland, the highest award offered to an Irish artist, voted on by his peers.
