Fran Mangino now lives 7 months in Venice, Florida and 5 months in Westerville, Ohio. She has a BS from Kent State University, Ohio. After working 2 years as an Art Therapist she and her husband moved to the Columbus, Ohio area where she worked 7 years as a substitute teacher for area schools.

Fran Mangino, watercolor artist. Most of following work was done in Plein Air. The bar scene was painted on the scene. The portrait was done in a two hour Quick Draw. The fallen down house in Port Clyde is the start of using no pencil to draw on the watercolor paper but just paint using the value sketch scene on location.
